1. Confidentiality
Concerns: We start with a face-to-face meeting with
all serious potential buyers at our Phoenix, Arizona offices to
discuss and satisfy confidentiality concerns of the Seller. During
this mutually informative, highly confidential meeting we analyze your goals, review your resume, your personal financial statement and evidence of your source of cash injection in to the transaction in order
to align you with the appropriate business acquisition fit.
2. Needs
Requirements: We realize that a business has to meet
your financial and financing capabilities. To that end buyers
who wish to buy a business from BBI need to have the following:
a.
A minimum of $100,000 of ready cash to invest (for down
payment and working capital needs).
b. Ability to be financed or the capability to pay 100%
cash.
c. Industry related experience in the field of business
they are seeking or be willing to pay 100% cash at closing.
d. A fully completed and signed BBI non disclosure agreement and personal questionnaire by each buyer or partner of the buyer.
e. A signed personal financial statement.
f. Evidence of your cash injection into the transaction.
g. Of course if your cash injection is coming from a third party then they too will have to attend our initial meeting and furnish all of the above required documentation.
3. Business
Profile Presentation: One of the many refreshing revelations

packages each business in a comprehensive, captivating informational
and financing package specifically written for each business we
offer and is referred to as "The Book".
Typically
"The Book" for each of our businesses contains
well over 100 pages of pertinent information including
a prospectus on the financing options from various lenders,
that have been pre-arranged with the appropriate qualified
lenders and business owners. We do not demean you by asking
you to "judge a book by its cover" thus we do
not fax single cover pages (or other confidential information)
on the businesses we offer.
We sit down
personally with each buyer and discuss specific businesses in detail,
how if fits your unique situation, financing options and acquisition
scenarios. The internal rate of return (IRR) is calculated to
illuminate deal economics and aid in the decision-making and, of
course, the entire Book is made available for your review to make
your buying decision sound.
4. Showings
and Negotiations: We attend all meetings between the
parties and guide the transaction process until the deal is done.
BBI works closely with the buyer and with all parties - the accountants,
attorneys, lenders, third party appraisers, landlords, licensing
agencies, escrow agents, and others to keep the process moving
forward. Once the deal is on the way to completion, our role is
to sustain momentum and turn daily challenges into positive outcomes.
Our talented team negotiates all phases of the transaction so
that all parties win. This is sometimes difficult - however very
critical - which we handle with unusual tact and success leading
to a positive closing and realization of your goals.
5. Contracts:
Our team of experts prepare (at no additional fee) all the necessary
documents including but not limited to: The Stock or Asset Purchase
Agreement entirely custom drafted to your specific circumstances,
all addendums and amendments, corporate resolutions, personal
guarantees, leases, corporation formation documents and much more.
6. Financing:
We are the business financing experts. We understand that every
business
acquisition involves varying degrees of business financing. We
work closely with each buyer, the SBA and their hand-picked lenders
and also with conventional lenders and other lending sources to
secure all the necessary funds including working capital to ensure that
the transaction and the future ownership of the business a success.
Not all lenders are suited for every deal, however BBI knows which
lenders are best suited for each business acquisition. You will profit
from our vast knowledge and experience, which will make the lending
process seem easy, regardless off the loan amount.
7. Closings:
BBI follows each transaction on a daily basis and schedules and
attends your closing at an approved escrow company. All the proper
documents are prepared by BBI and the escrow company and filed
with the appropriate government agencies. At this stage all that
is left for you to do is reach across the table and take the keys
to the doors of your new business opportunity and fortune. You
